First and foremost my house has 0 pets. I was wondering if “Vet’s best flea + tick home spray” is a good tool to eliminate these things. For the past 4 days, since i’ve brought these terrible creatures into my home, I’ve gotten about 14 bites on my legs. I’m also wondering if cat fleas or dog fleas bite humans that much? So far with my vacuuming escapades I’ve found 0 eggs.. And I’ve only seen 1 flea so far. My buddy got his flea infestation when he brought home a stray dog.

Vet’s Best Flea & Tick Pet & Home Spray contains essential oils as control agents. I’ve never found any studies stating that these compounds are effective against fleas. However, there are plenty of reviews and anecdotal reports that the products works. I’m a bit skeptical, but I have no experience with it.
Cat and dog fleas will bite humans when their primary host isn’t around. Usually this happens when they emerge from cocoons in the environment. Heat and pressure trigger emergence, which could result from a person walking on carpets.
Without pets, you shouldn’t have trouble eliminating the problem (if they are dog or cat fleas).
