As the title states, I’ve sprayed twice with an insecticide/IGR combination(S-Methoprene as the IGR), and my cats are treated with Seresto collars. About how long should it take for this infestation to be gone?( I’ve been seeing a few fleas here and there after spraying)

It usually takes around 8 weeks before an infestation is completely gone, but it may be longer depending on the severity.
