I believe fleas have made me their host. There is no pet in the home. They stay in my clothes. They go everywhere I go. I found the flea in between my legs and now i have to keep it plugged. but they find a way. when i go places other dormant flea wake up. how do i stop being a host?

The only species that survive and reproduce on human blood is the human flea (P. irritans). See our page on how to identify human fleas.
