Yes, a dryer should kill any flea eggs and larvae on garments or bedding. Along with the high heat, the dry conditions and tumbling action will desiccate and physically destroy the fleas.
It is often recommended to launder the items at 140°F for ten minutes, and then dry at the highest heat setting.
In most cases, you’ll only have to worry about eggs and larvae on items. Adult fleas rarely leave their host. Luckily, the pre-adult stages are most susceptible to low humidity and heat.
