Little orange shiney that feeds off new. Born kittens

I had a cat that was abandon and lives under my house had 5 kittens the first one died  then she abandon the second one i could not reach it she finally brought the kitten so i can reach it they did not have fleas she moved them when the second one died she had three left and those all died the last one i looked to see if it was a girl or boy i notice fleas are black what i saw coming out of this kitten were small orange and round they crawled in a circle patterned and they are shiney
