So I stayed at a shady motel about a week ago. The next day I started getting hives near sunset I thought it was possibly a mosquito bite. It looks like a flea bite and I have no pets or carpet. Will they go away?

It’s hard to tell exactly what is causing that skin reaction. It looks like it’s possibly a flea bite. However, most blood-feeding insects have similar bite reactions (for example, a shady hotel may also have bedbugs). So, determining the culprit isn’t easy without finding the physical insect specimen. The skin reaction could also be caused by something unrelated to an insect.
If it’s an insect bite, the reaction should go away within a week, similar to a mosquito bite. If not, you may want to consult a physician.
